An easy and quick recipe for original cookies that kids will love. It's not always easy to feed children plain cottage cheese, which is one of the ingredients in these cottage cheese cookies. Treat the kids to cottage cheese flowers that are both delicious and nutritious!
2-2 1/2 cups
Cottage Cheese
1 cup (250 g)
7 tablespoons (softened)
2 large (yolks)
1/2 cup
Baking Soda
1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice
1 tbsp
or vanilla sugar
To prepare cottage cheese roses, mix cottage cheese with sugar, egg yolks, and butter.
Add baking soda dissolved in lemon juice, and flour. Mix the dough well.
Roll out the dough into a sheet about 3-4 mm thick and cut out circles using a glass.
Place three circles overlapping each other.
Roll them into a tube and cut in half.
Grease a baking sheet with butter (or line with parchment paper), place the roses on it, slightly spreading the petals. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20-30 minutes.
While still hot, you can sprinkle the cottage cheese roses with sugar (powdered sugar), coconut flakes, or chocolate.
