Baked Cabbage Patties

Baked Cabbage Patties - фото рецепта

I cook these patties according to this recipe very often. They are easy to make - just form the patties and put them in the oven, let the oven do the rest while you are free to do other things. As a result, you'll have a tasty, nutritious dish for the whole family, without excess fat and carbohydrates. These patties have a taste resembling cabbage rolls (or lazy cabbage rolls), which I really like. You can serve the cabbage patties with sour cream or any other sauce of your choice.

Ground Pork-Beef Mixture
4 cups
White Cabbage
5 cups
3 bulbs
2 eggs
2 tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp
Dried Garlic
1 tsp
1 tsp
To prepare baked cabbage patties, take the cabbage, finely chop it, and squeeze out excess liquid.
If you are using young cabbage, it will be softer in the cooked patties. Older cabbage should be thinly sliced and squeezed out.
Finely chop the onion in a blender for juicier patty mix.
Combine all ingredients in a suitable container: cabbage, ground meat, eggs, salt, and spices.
Season with salt and spices to taste, I based it on my own preferences.
Mix the patty mixture well and shape into patties weighing approximately 3 oz each. Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet (I always use silicone-coated) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Use the conventional oven setting with heat from the top and bottom.
Delicious and aromatic cabbage patties are ready, and you didn't have to spend much time standing by the stove!
