A very easy and delicious ice cream. This recipe does not require any special hassle. Optionally, you can mix chocolate, roasted almonds, hazelnuts, etc. along with bananas. A tasty and healthy treat, especially for children!
Bananas
5-6 pcs
Sugar
2 tbsp (powdered sugar)
Lemon juice
1 tbsp
Cream
1⁄2 cup (or milk)
To prepare banana ice cream, peel the bananas, slice them into rounds, place them in a convenient container, and freeze (4-6 hours).
Transfer the frozen bananas to a blender, add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and cream. Blend everything until smooth consistency.
At first, the mixture will be lumpy, but with further blending, it will turn into a smooth banana puree.
Transfer the resulting mixture to a container and place it in the freezer for 3-4 hours. During the first two hours of freezing, the banana ice cream needs to be blended twice with a hand mixer or immersion blender.
This is to ensure that the ice cream has a more homogeneous consistency, without ice crystals.
Using a special ice cream scoop (or just a spoon) dipped in hot water, form scoops, place the banana ice cream in serving dishes. Ice cream can be served with any syrup, chocolate, or simply with berries.
