Chicken Hearts
4 cups
Broth (or water)
8 cups
Potatoes
4-5 pieces
Onion
1 piece
Carrot
1 piece
Processed Cheese
1 cup
Noodles
1/2 cup (optional)
Salt

Ground Black Pepper
to taste
To prepare the cheese soup, take the chicken hearts, wash them well, cut them in half, remove blood clots, and trim unnecessary parts.
Finely chop the onion and carrot, fry them for 2 minutes in a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil.
Then add the chicken hearts, season with salt and pepper to taste, and stew together for 15 minutes under a closed lid.
Add the diced potatoes and stewed hearts with vegetables to the boiling chicken broth (or vegetable broth or just water). Cook the soup until the potatoes are fully cooked (about 10 minutes).
At the end, add diced cheese, noodles (I did not add) and herbs. Mix well until the cheese is completely dissolved. The cheese soup with chicken hearts is ready! Enjoy your meal!
