To prepare apple and pumpkin puree soup, you need to peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds. Peel the apples and remove the core. Peel and chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
Take a pot for cooking the soup, pour in the oil, heat it up, and sauté the onion and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add the pumpkin, apples, thyme, salt, and pepper to taste. Pour in 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Cook the soup on medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
Blend the soup into a puree using a blender, add the cream, and heat without boiling.
