Milk
1 cup
Egg
1 pc
Salt
0.5 tsp
Sugar
0.5 tsp
Baking Powder
0.5 tsp
Flour
1 to 1.25 cups
Suluguni cheese
6 to 8 oz
To make khachapuri or cheese breads, mix milk, egg, salt, sugar, flour, and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk everything until smooth.
Then add grated cheese to the mixture. Mix well.
If you don't have suluguni cheese, use any other cheese you have on hand.
Heat a frying pan, grease it with vegetable oil, and place half of the batter in it, spreading it thinly. Cover with a lid and fry for about five minutes on each side, making sure they don't burn.
The breads turn out fluffy and so cheesy!
I ended up with two cheese breads (using my 6-inch pan), if you have a larger pan, you might end up with one. Then you can cut it into portions and serve!
