Parsley Sauce

Recipe for a spicy and incredibly fresh sauce that goes well with various dishes. This parsley sauce can be used for baking fish, meat, or poultry. Or you can simply spread it on a piece of toasted bread... very delicious!
Parsley
2.1 oz
Garlic
3-4 cloves
Olive Oil
2 tbsp
Water
2-3 tbsp
Apples
3.5 oz
Salt
to taste
To prepare the parsley sauce, you will need very little time. Peel the apple, remove the seeds, and cut into small slices. Peel the garlic, wash the parsley leaves, and dry them. Place the apples, garlic, oil, salt in a blender and blend well.
Then add the parsley leaves and blend again.
If the mixture doesn't blend well, add a little water.
Parsley Sauce is ready!
