Recipe for a delicious salad with original presentation. This beet salad slightly resembles herring under a fur coat, but only slightly. This salad will especially appeal to those who love beets. If you don't like garlic, you can do without it in this salad.
Beets
2 pieces (cooked and peeled)
Eggs
3 pieces (hard-boiled)
Garlic
1 clove (optional)
Pickles
3 pieces (pickled)
Canned Fish
1 can (sardines in oil)
Mayonnaise
2 tbsp
Dill
To prepare the beet salad with canned fish, grate beets and pickles, press garlic (or grate finely). Add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and mix.
Grate boiled eggs finely, mix with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise.
Drain excess liquid from the canned fish and mash it with a fork.
Layer beet salad with canned fish in glasses (or ramekins) as follows: beets, eggs, canned fish. Sprinkle the salad with fresh dill. For decoration, I placed small boiled beet pyramids on top. Feel free to get creative with the decoration according to your taste.
If desired, this salad can also be served on a single plate.
