Banana bread is highly popular in America and Canada. It is often served as a dessert in cafes and restaurants, as well as baked at home. This recipe for banana bread is different from others in that it does not contain a lot of fat. It is easy to prepare, very tender, soft, and incredibly tasty.
Eggs
2 units
Kefir
1/3 cup
Sunflower oil
1/2 cup (refined)
Banana
2 units (large)
Sugar
1 cup
Flour
1 1/2 cups
Baking soda
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract
To prepare banana bread, mash the bananas in a large bowl using a blender.
Add beaten eggs with sugar, kefir, oil, and vanilla here. Mix well.
Separately, mix sifted flour, baking soda, salt and add to the prepared mixture. The batter should be a bit liquidy.
Pour into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 165 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40-45 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick, if it comes out dry - the bread is ready.
