This pie turns out incredibly delicious according to this recipe. The soft and tender sponge cake combined with juicy apricots creates an unparalleled flavor. Butter
1/2 cup (soft)
Sugar
3/4 cup
Eggs
2 pieces
Flour
1 1/2 cups
Baking powder
1 tsp
Salt
a pinch
Vanilla sugar
1 packet
Apricots
To prepare the apricot pie, beat the butter with sugar.
Then add the eggs one by one, beating well each time.
Now add the flour sifted together with salt and baking powder. Knead a homogeneous dough.
Line a baking form with parchment paper, pour the dough and flatten it. Place apricot halves on the dough and sprinkle with some sugar.
Bake the apricot pie in the oven at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes.
Remove the ready apricot pie from the form, slice and serve. For additional sweetness, you can sprinkle the still warm pie with powdered sugar.
