Recipe for this spicy sauce belongs to Korean cuisine. Essentially, it's a soy sauce with certain spices, vinegar, and herbs. Kandai sauce goes well with almost everything: meat, fish, poultry, dumplings, etc. (somewhat like our mayonnaise). Making this sauce is easy and quick, it will give the dish a completely new and unusual taste, especially pleasing to spicy food lovers.

Soy Sauce
1/2 cup
Cilantro
1/4 cup
Green Onions
1/4 cup
Vinegar
4 tsp 9% (or 1/2 tsp vinegar essence)
Red Pepper
1 tsp ground
Black Pepper
1/2 tsp ground
Coriander
1 tsp ground (toasted)
Garlic
2 cloves
To prepare Kandai sauce, finely chop the green onions and cilantro.
Grate the garlic using a fine grater (or use a garlic press), and measure the necessary amount of spices.
Lightly toast the coriander seeds in a dry skillet, then crush them in a mortar and pestle.
Pour soy sauce into a small bowl and add herbs, spices, garlic, and vinegar, then mix everything together.
Spicy Kandai sauce is ready!
