Quick recipe for airy and delicious donuts. Just a few minutes and a treat for tea is ready. Donuts can be drizzled with honey or sprinkled with powdered sugar. Fast and tasty!

Kefir
1 cup
Eggs
1 pc
Sugar
5 tbsp
Salt
pinch
Baking soda
1/2 tsp
Sunflower oil
3 tbsp (+ for frying)
Flour
3-3.5 cups
Powdered sugar
for sprinkling
To prepare Kefir Donuts, combine and mix eggs, sugar, kefir, and salt until smooth. Then add baking soda, oil, mix. Add sifted flour and knead the dough, first in a bowl, then on the table. The dough should be smooth and not sticky.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5-0.7 inches and cut out circles using a glass or a special mold. Cut out a smaller hole inside each circle using a shot glass or lid.
Heat oil in a pan (there should be quite a lot, about 1 inch). Place the donuts in the well-heated oil, fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
Sprinkle the ready Kefir Donuts with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
