A very tasty and very simple recipe! For me, this dish was just a discovery. These dumplings resemble small chebureks - crispy crust on the outside and juicy meat inside, just delicious! A great option for unexpected guests. Any type of dumplings (homemade or store-bought), sauces, and spices can be used - according to your personal taste.

To make fried dumplings, take a skillet, pour vegetable oil generously and heat it slightly. Place the dumplings, cover with a lid, and fry until golden-brown on both sides. Fry on low heat with the lid closed. Serve the dumplings with a salad and sauce of your choice. That's it. Fried Dumplings are ready!
It's better to use regular dumplings in the shape of a crescent or round (Soviet-style, without pinches), they will fry better and be tastier.
