To prepare Chicken Liver with Pumpkin and Apples, thoroughly wash the liver and remove all unnecessary parts. Cut it into medium-sized pieces. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet, heat it up, and add the prepared liver. Lightly salt the liver and fry until the water evaporates.
In another pan, fry the cubed pumpkin in oil. When the pumpkin is almost soft, add the cubed apples. Add pepper, cinnamon, salt, and dry white wine. Mix and sauté for a while until the wine evaporates.
