Lately, I've been making these pancakes. They turn out soft with lots of little holes, the edges don't dry out. The filling can be sweet or savory, a great base recipe for appetizers for a festive table or just to enjoy with tea and honey or jam.


Kefir (2.5% or yogurt)
1.5 cups
2 pcs
1/2 tsp
2-3 tbsp
2 cups
Baking Soda
1/2 tsp
Boiling Water
1.5 cups
Refined Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp
To make kefir pancakes, take a bowl, pour in kefir, add eggs, salt, and sugar. Whisk until smooth.
Both kefir and eggs should be at room temperature.
Then add flour, mix everything again.
Next, dissolve baking soda in boiling water, mix and add to the batter, mix until smooth, finally add vegetable oil, mix thoroughly until you have a smooth, uniform batter.
Bake the pancakes on a skillet using the regular method. Delicious and soft kefir pancakes are ready!
For the first pancake, you can lightly grease the skillet with vegetable oil, then bake the rest without greasing.
