Recipe for a juicy, tender mackerel. Surely, many people love to bake mackerel. I am also a fan of this fish. It is very tasty and quite fatty. But this fat is, of course, very healthy for our body. And another plus - it has almost no small bones! It is excellent for stuffing and very convenient to eat.
2 pieces (mackerel)
2 cloves
1/2 piece (juice)

To prepare baked mackerel with herbs and garlic, wash the fish, remove the innards and gills. Rinse the fish well under running water and pat it dry with paper towels.
Finely slice one clove of garlic and set aside. Place the other clove, as well as a pinch of salt, peppercorns in a mortar and crush. Then add lemon juice, olive oil, and mix well.
Place the fish on a sheet of foil, rub inside and out with the garlic-pepper mixture. Combine parsley with sliced garlic cloves and stuff the fish's belly. Wrap the fish in foil and let it marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Bake the mackerel in the oven at 190 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes. Baked mackerel with herbs and garlic is served on the table with lemon wedges and herbs.
