Recipe for a very quick to make meat pie. This peasant pie is a lifesaver in any situation. It turns out to be very delicious! It is made very quickly, and the ingredients for it can be found in every home.

For the dough:
Eggs
2 pcs. (plus 1 egg yolk for brushing the pie)
Salt
0.5 tsp
Flour
1 cup
Kefir
1 cup
Baking Soda
1 tsp
For the filling:
Ground Meat
1.25 lb (chicken)
Onion
2 pcs.
Salt
to taste
Black Pepper

To prepare the peasant pie, let's start by preparing the filling. Finely chop the onion (you can use a blender), mix it with the ground meat, add salt and pepper to taste. The filling is ready!
Let's prepare the dough for the peasant pie. Mix the baking soda with kefir and leave for 5 minutes.
Then add the remaining ingredients (flour, salt, eggs) and mix to obtain a liquid dough.
Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour, and pour half of the dough. Spread the filling (raw ground meat) and pour the second half of the dough over it.
If available, you can use a detachable baking form, it will be more convenient.
Place the pie in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 45-50 minutes. 10 minutes before it's done, take the pie out, brush it with egg yolk, and return it to the oven until a beautiful golden crust forms.
Once ready, take out the peasant pie from the oven, let it cool, and remove it from the baking dish.
