Quick and easy recipe for marinating mushrooms. The mushrooms turn out very tasty, and the marinated onion and red bell pepper add extra flavor. If you're not a fan of red bell pepper, you can make the mushrooms without it.

Mustard seeds
15-20 seeds
Coriander seeds
15-20 seeds
Allspice
5-7 berries
Bay leaf
2-3 leaves
Onion
1 bulb
Red bell pepper
1 (red)
Vinegar
100 g (9% acetic acid)
To make marinated mushrooms, take the mushrooms and wash them under running water. There's no need to peel anything, just wash the mushrooms thoroughly with your hands.
If the mushrooms are small, there's no need to cut them, if they are large, cut them into pieces.
Pour 1 liter of water into a pot, add salt, and bring it to a boil. Then add the prepared mushrooms and boil them for 10 minutes. Remove from water and set aside.
Peel and dice the red bell pepper, also dice the onion (you can chop it finely or in larger pieces, as you prefer). Pour vinegar over the onion and set aside to marinate.
Pour a liter of water into a pot, add the red bell pepper, spices, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil, add the mushrooms, let them boil, and then remove from heat.
Add the onion with vinegar, mix well, and set aside to cool.
Transfer the cooled marinated mushrooms to jars and store in the refrigerator.
